Careers events for S5 and S6 pupils: The University of Edinburgh

The University of Edinburgh will be holding a series of careers events during October and November for S5 and S6 students in our local schools. The purpose of these events is to help students to obtain an insight into the career areas by participating in interactive activities, listening to a range of informative presentations and meeting University students currently studying in the area and also practitioners working in their chosen career.

The careers events are:
Monday 12th October: So you want to be a Doctor? (S5 only)*
Wednesday 14th October: So you want to be a Vet? (S5 only)*
Wednesday 14th October: So you want to work in Architecture?*
Thursday 15th October: So you want to be an Engineer?
Friday 16th October: So you want to be a Lawyer?*
Friday 16th October: So you want to be a Biomedical Scientist?
Friday 23rd October: So you want to be a Primary Teacher?
Friday 30th October: So you want to be a Social Worker?
Friday 6th November: So you want to be a Nurse? (in conjunction in Queen Margaret University)
